BILLING POLICY

By advertising on our website(s) you agree to the billing policy below as part of the Terms and Conditions Of Advertising. This billing policy may be changed at anytime without notice and it is the responsibility of the advertiserr to view this policy periodically.

 
1. PAYMENTS
 
 
 
 

All charges are shown in Canadian Dollars. Payments are to be made in Canadian dollars.

Miditech accepts the following types of payment:

  • Visa Credit Card
  • American Express Credit Card
  • Email Money Transfers Through Online Banking in Canada (see Certapay.com for details)
  • Cheques/Money Transfers

All payments are due BEFORE posting of advertisements or modifications of advertisments. If you provide Miditech your credit card information, you authorize Miditech to automatically charge your credit card for charges that apply to your account such as, but not limited to, modifications requested. You are responsible for keeping your credit card information with Miditech up-to-date in regards to billing address changes or credit card number change or credit card expiry date changes. Customers can update their contact information, billing information and credit card information SECURELY by contacting MIDITECH.COM by PHONE at 1-519-474-0224 or 1-888-297-7761.

NEVER EMAIL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO MIDITECH. NEVER POST SUCH INFORMATION TO OUR COMMUNITY FORUM. MIDITECH STAFF WILL NEVER ASK FOR SUCH INFORMATION IN ANY COMMUNITY FORUM OR BY EMAIL. PLEASE REPORT SUCH EVENTS TO MIDITECH IMMEDIATELY SO WE CAN TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.

1.1 Order requests that go unpaid within fifteen (15) days may be automatically deleted. A new order request will have to be made after 15 days.

 

 
 
 
 
2. BILLING TERMS OFFERED
 
 
 
 

ONE TIME FEE WEB PAGE ADS & MODIFICATION REQUESTS: Miditech offers ONE TIME listing fees for web page ads. Modifications to a placed web page ad once 10 days have past from the original advertisement placement date wil be charged a $35.00CAD per update session fee. This fee is NOT an hourly fee. It is a per update session. Regardless of how small or large the update is, each request for modification will be charged $35.00. PER SESSION.

BANNER ADVERTISING: Banner advertising is sold on a limited basis for a predetermined set of time on a first come first serve basis. Banner advertisements must be paid in full BEFORE advertisement placement.

 
 
 
 
2. BANNER ADVERTISMENT RENEWALS
 
 
 
 

MIDITECH will contact banner advertisement customers via email once yourbanner term has expired. You will have the option of renewing the banner at this time.

If MIDITECH doe snot receive a response within 48 hours, the banner advertisement will be deleted and will become available for the next advertiser who pays for the advertising slot.

 
 
 
 
3. STATEMENTS
 
 
 
 

Miditech does not mail paper invoices or statements. Invoices will be emailed to the email address used upon account signup unless otherwise notified. Miditech can email, or mail your Invoices at anytime by calling our sales desk and requesting this.

 

 
 
 
 
4. FEES
 
 
 
 

Returned (NSF) Checks: Miditech charges a $35.00 fee for returned (NSF) checks. Customers that issue an NSF check will be required to submit future payments with a certified check or money order.

 

 
 
 
 
5. CANCELLATIONS & CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
 
 
 
 

The following terms apply to cancelling an advertisment with Miditech.com:

  • Customer MUST use our cancellation process below or the cancellation will NOT be performed. Informing us by phone that you will be cancelling is NOT a formal cancellation.
  • Once Miditech receives notice of cancellation your account, all files and emails associated with the advertisement will be IMMEDIATELY deleted.
  • We must receive the cancellation request using the below cancellation procedure.
  • If your account is overdue and you wish to cancel advertising, you must first pay the overdue fee or Miditech will continue to charge your account and attempt to charge your credit card until such time as the account has been paid, at which time we will delete your advertising from our network.
  • Miditech does not track website URLS. If you change your website URL link address, please inform us to modify your web page ad or banner ad. The $35.00CAD per session modification fee will apply and must be paid PRIOR to modifying the advertising.

When cancelling advertising you must follow these steps:

STEP 1: Email us at support@miditech.com and include the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Contact First and Last Name
  • Mailing Address
  • City
  • Province/State
  • Postal Code
  • Phone Number
  • Secret PassCode
  • domain name

ALL of the above MUST be identical to the contact information found within contact information or we will ignore and reject the request for cancellation.

STEP 3: Wait for confirmation email. Your account WILL NOT be cancelled UNTIL you receive and reply to the confirmation email from Miditech.com.

STEP 4: Reply to the confirmation email that Miditech emails the account holder. Reply Email acceptance of cancellation. Your advertising account will then be deemed as cancelled and Miditech will immediately, or shortly thereafter, delete the account and all files and emails from our service.

 
 
 
 
6. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS
 
 
 
 

Please be aware that there are no refunds once payment has been made, and your advertisement has been placed.

Cancellation of services does not relieve the customer from paying any outstanding balance owed on the account. If the payments due on services are not paid within 10 days of canceling a service, MIDITECH has the right to send such to collections. Miditech reserves the right to cancel any account, at any time, without notice, for any reason considered appropriate by Miditech.

 

 
 
 
 
7. CREDIT CARD DISPUTES & CHARGE BACKS
 
 
 
 

Miditech has a zero tolerance policy for charge backs. If  you feel MIDITECH has over charged you please contact our sales desk immediately and we will investigate the issue. If we are at fault, we will remedy the problem and make things right for you. Please give us a chance to remedy a billing issue you may be having before issuing a charge back with your credit card company.

Any customer who disputes a credit card payment is subject to immediate account termination at Miditech's discretion. All website files, emails etc. will be immediately deleted from our server network WITHOUT notice or refund.

 

 
 
 
 
8. PRICE CHANGES & POLICY CHANGES
 
 
 
 

As per our Terms and Conditions of Advertising , Miditech reserves the right to change the fee charged for any Miditech services. The fee change will become effective at the posting date to our website.
